Zaraphos
Two teenage boys, Matthew and Demas, find themselves suddenly thrust into a world of swords and sorcery, warriors and monsters, and exciting adventures through an unknown land. While playing in the woods one autumn day, they see a boy their age confronted by dark horsemen led by the evil captain Ketophel. That’s when Zeriah, a beautiful and strong warrior, a Zaraphos, appears and tells Matthew and Demas that they are in the middle of a war between the powers of Dark and Light in the land of Sombra-Luz. Matthew learns to wield the sword of Light as a Zaraphos warrior and Demas trains as a Qodesh, one who uses the power of blessing and cursing. The warriors battle Bones and illgots, fight morahs and Anakim, and face against the sinister Ketophel all to save Sombra-Luz from the Dark Towers and their web of evil.

Within the story, there are references to the Bible that you have to figure out. Look for footnotes in the book. Then, go to your Zaraphos dashboard, enter in the correct information, and unlock the badge.
EARN RANK PROMOTIONS!
Earn rank promotions by unlocking badges! The more badges you unlock, the higher rank you earn. You begin as a Private, then get promoted to Private 2nd Class, followed by Private 1st Class, and so on.
ENGAGE IN A GARRISON!
Fully engage in a garrison! Fight the forces of darkness with other soldiers. When you become a soldier you will be added into a garrison, or group of soldiers. As a garrison, you will have a cool banner and an awesome commanding officer who encourages you.

BADGES, RANKS, & GARRISONS
BADGES
Unlock badges as you read. The badges are references to the Bible hidden throughout Zaraphos: Book 1: The Fall of Ketophel. You will find footnotes that indicate that there is a badge you can unlock. You must figure out what the Bible reference is to claim your badge.
RANKS
Become a solider of light and fight the forces of darkness. When you join the Light Kingdom, you start as a Private. As you unlock badges, you will be promoted in your rank. The more badges you unlock, the higher your rank.
GARRISONS
Once you join the Light Kingdom, you will be assigned a garrison, or team of soldiers. Each garrison is led by a Captain or higher rank in the army of the Ancient.
